Product brochure rebrand.

Following Topdeck's global rebrand in 2019, I led the content development of its 2020/21 product brochures across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Working across brand, design and product teams, I translated Topdeck's new tone of voice into engaging customer experiences that balanced commercial objectives with audience needs.

This project required simplifying complex product information across more than 100 travel itineraries and transforming it into engaging, customer-focused experiences that aligned with Topdeck's new brand identity.

“Content is one of the most powerful tools we have to simplify complexity and influence decision making.”

This project reinforced that a great content strategy is rarely just about writing. It requires understanding audiences, simplifying complexity and making intentional decisions about how information is presented and experienced. Working across multiple stakeholders and markets taught me the importance of balancing creativity with commercial objectives—something that continues to shape my approach to digital marketing projects today.
